Each cut of 1855 Black Angus is aged at least 21 days before being hand-cut, house-seasoned, and cooked to order in a state-of-the-art, 800° infrared broiler that is only found in the most prestigious steakhouses in the country. Our 800° broiler perfectly distributes the heat to caramelize the surface and penetrate the marbled meat; resulting in a juicy, tender and flavorful eating experience.
